Labelled Peptides

We are able to incorporate a wide range of labels into peptides that we synthesise. Please don't hesitate to get in contact with us to discuss your requirements. We have listed only a small handful of the available options here.

Popular Options

Flourescent Probes

Incorporating fluorescent probes is a popular option. For example: FAM (fluoroscein); TAMRA (carboxytetramethylrhodamine) which is more stable than fluoroscein; Dansyl; and Dabcyl.

Affinity Tags

The most popular affinity tags we incorporate into peptides are biotin and desthiobiotin.

Spacers

We can add a variety of spacers between labels and the peptide. These include: Aminobutyric acid (Abu); Aminohexanoic acid (Ahx); Ser/Gly-rich flexible hydrophilic spacers; PEG. If you are unsure which spacers are best for your application, we'd be pleased to advise you.
